Your responsibilities in Betacrew:

• As part of the Development team and as a senior engineer you will have the opportunity to take ownership and lead in delivering business solutions.  

• Taking the solutions through their full development lifecycle and working closely with the business stakeholders. 

• Taking on a leadership role, i.e., you will be responsible for reviewing the team code, mentoring junior members of the team and representing the BetaCrew Development team within the customer team.

We’re looking for a mission-driven Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. If you want to play a key role in scaling a new, innovative business through design, this is the position for you.This role is responsible for working on bulding and maintaining Bild web platform. You will also be responsible for mentoring and growing junior engineers in the team. You will have direct access to leadership across the organization.

What you will do:

• Implement new features in the Bild web platform

• Leading a project from conception to finished product.

• Gather and incorporate feedback from teammates and stakeholders

• Plan product roadmaps/features using feedback from customers and teammates

• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

• Mentor and grow junior engineers in the team

• Help grow the engineering team and implement best practices.

• Play a key role in shaping the future of Bild

Who you are:

• 5+ years professional experience as a full-stack engineer
• Have previously led engineering teams

• Experience collaborating with teams across the company (sales and design)

• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, jQuery and backend technologies

• Experience with building integrations into Autodesk, Solidworks and other CAD/ECAD tools

• Experience with defining automated testing frameworks/practices

• Experience with ReactJS, C, C++ AWS and GraphQL is a plus

• Experience working on security infrastructure for web platforms is a plus

• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and making decisions without all the answers in front of you

• Demonstrated track record of success in building products based on research that drive meaning impact

• Experience in B2B products, and productivity/communication tools

• Comfortable defining success metrics and making data-informed decisions

• Passionate about Bild's mission and the future of the industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
